Outdoor · Artificial grass installers

Put your finished lawns in front of every visitor.

The lawn is muddy again and the children want somewhere to play. The owner looks up artificial grass and opens a few sites. They want to see real gardens, tidy edges and seams that do not show. Then they want an easy way to ask for a sample and a visit.

Your website, drawn. An illustration of a website for artificial grass installers. It is a drawing, not a real site.
Before they ask

What people want to know

Will it look like real grass?

People fear a flat, shiny carpet. Close photos in daylight, taken from standing height, let a visitor judge the colour and the blades for themselves.

Will the edges and joins show?

Neat edges and hidden seams are the sign of a careful fitter. Photos of corners, borders and joins, with a short note on how you finish them, answer the worry.

What happens underneath?

The base matters as much as the top. A short page on how you dig out, level and prepare the ground shows that you do the unseen part with care.

Can people see a sample first?

Customers like to touch it before they decide. A button on every page lets them ask for a sample, and you decide how and when to send it.

Proof

Proof that wins the quote

  • Lawns in daylight

Photos taken in bright but soft light show the true colour. Avoid midday glare, and shoot from standing height as well as low down.

  • Edges and corners

Close photos of borders, corners and joins show where care was taken. These are the places a careful customer checks first.

  • Old lawn, new lawn

A worn, muddy patch beside the finished green one makes the point at once. Send both shots from the same spot.

  • Words from customers

Comments from people with a new lawn go beside the photos in their own words. Nothing is added by us.

Registrations and memberships

Laying a lawn is mostly groundwork, though some firms hold memberships or training they want shown. If you hold any, we set aside a clear spot for them. Only what you confirm goes on the page.

What we build

The pages we build

  1. Home

A wide photo of a finished green lawn, a line on what you lay and one button to ask for a sample.

  2. Gallery

Lawns of every shape in clear photos, with tabs for gardens, play areas and balconies.

  3. Choosing a lawn

A plain guide to blade length, colour and use, written so a customer knows what to ask for.

  4. How we work

The steps from the first visit to the final brush, in order, so a customer can see the plan.

  5. About you

Who you are and what you care about, with a photo of you at work.

  6. Ask for a sample

A form that asks how big the lawn is, who will use it and how to reach the customer.

Planning ahead

Mud and soggy lawns after rain push people to ask about artificial grass. Dry spells and the first warm weekends do the same. Wet or frozen ground can slow the groundwork, so some jobs wait. Your site can be ready the whole time.

The Payment package

Deposits and final payments

The last seam is cut and the lawn is brushed. The family step out onto it and smile. A card machine lets them pay right there on the new grass, and you drive off with the job closed and no invoice to chase.

The terms, in full

  • Card machine £25 + VAT a month, paid to our payment provider.
  • Website, domain, hosting and one business mailbox included while you keep the machine.
  • Minimum term as set by the payment provider's agreement: 3 months for a sole trader, 18 months for a limited company.
  • Extra mailboxes £25 a year.
  • Stop the machine and we offer to keep the website live at £20 a month.
Questions

Quick answers

Can customers ask for a sample on the site?

Yes, if you offer them. A sample button sits on the page and the form asks where to send it. You decide what to post.

Do you need photos from different gardens?

It helps. Show a small garden, a big one, and a play area if you have one. A customer then finds a lawn like their own. Phone shots are fine.

Must the page say what a lawn costs?

No. The price depends on the area and the groundwork, so many installers talk about it after a visit. We leave a space for a note on how you quote.

Can the page explain the base work?

Yes, and it should. A short page on digging out and levelling shows the care behind the green top, which a photo of the top cannot show alone.

Can the site show pet and play areas?

Yes. They get their own tabs in the gallery. A family with a dog or a child can go straight to the lawns made for them.

Is the site easy to read on a phone?

Yes. We build the page for a small screen first, so photos load fast and the sample button is easy to tap.
