What people want to know
Can they trust you at home?
Fitting a camera or an alarm means the installer learns how a house works. A name, a face and a few plain lines on how you treat that knowledge help a stranger relax.
Where will the cameras go?
People worry about loose wires, bulky boxes and cameras that point at the neighbours. Photos of tidy installs and a line on how you plan the views answer this early.
Who sees the pictures?
Customers ask where the footage goes and who can watch it. A short page on how a system is set up, and who holds the log-in, calms privacy worries before the first call.
How does someone ask for a survey?
A short form on each page lets someone ask for a visit while the photos are open. It asks about the home, the doors and the windows, in plain words.
Proof that wins the quote
Tidy installs
Photos of boxes, cables and cameras fixed neatly, shot so that no house number or face shows.
A plain privacy note
A short page on how views are planned and who holds the log-in shows how you handle a customer's privacy.
Who is at the door
Names and photos of the people who will visit let a customer know who is coming before they arrive.
Thanks in their words
Kind words from people you have fitted for, copied as they wrote them. We never invent one.
Registrations and memberships
Security work is an area where installers sometimes join a register or a membership. Whatever you belong to gets a clear place on your page. If you tell us you hold none, we show none.
The pages we build
- Home
A tidy install photo, one line on what you fit and a big button to ask for a survey.
- Our installs
Cameras and alarms in clear photos that show the equipment without showing a face or a street.
- What we fit
The cameras, alarms and doorbells you fit, in plain words, plus anything you leave to other trades.
- What a survey involves
What happens on the visit, and who plans the camera views and the alarm zones.
- About you
You and your team, with photos and names, so a customer knows who will be at the door.
- Request a survey
A short form about the home and how to reach the customer.
Planning ahead
Interest rises when the clocks go back and the evenings get dark. Many people also think about alarms before a holiday. A new home is another trigger, because people want it secure from day one. Your website gives each of them the same calm answers.
Deposits and final payments
A security system is often paid in two parts, one when the equipment goes in and one when it is working. A card machine lets the customer settle each part at the door, with no invoice to chase afterwards.
The terms, in full
- Card machine £25 + VAT a month, paid to our payment provider.
- Website, domain, hosting and one business mailbox included while you keep the machine.
- Minimum term as set by the payment provider's agreement: 3 months for a sole trader, 18 months for a limited company.
- Extra mailboxes £25 a year.
- Stop the machine and we offer to keep the website live at £20 a month.
Quick answers
Can the site explain how privacy works?
Yes. A short page can say who sets up the log-in, where footage is kept and how views are planned. We write it from what you tell us.
Is it safe to show photos of installs?
Yes, if they are chosen with care. We ask for photos that show the box or camera but not a house number, a face or a street. Everything comes from you.
Should the page list the brands you fit?
It depends. Some installers name the makes they use. Others describe the kinds of system. We follow your lead and write only what you tell us.
Can customers ask for a survey online?
Yes. A short form asks about the home, the doors and windows and how to reach the customer. You read it when you are free and ring back.
Can the page show alarms and cameras apart?
Yes. We can split your photos into alarms, cameras and doorbells. A visitor who only wants an alarm goes straight to those.
How do new installs reach the page?
Send photos and a short note once the job is done. We tidy them up and add them, so your gallery stays up to date.
