Building and renovation · Renderers and exterior coatings

Let your finished walls make the first impression.

A homeowner is fed up with stained, flaking walls outside. They search for someone who renders and coats exteriors. They scroll through whole houses, looking for a colour and a finish they like. Then they look for a way to start.

Your website, drawn. An illustration of a website for renderers and exterior coatings. It is a drawing, not a real site.
Before they ask

What people want to know

Will the colour look right?

Colour looks different on a screen and on a wall. Photos of real houses in daylight, grouped by shade, show customers what a finished colour looks like.

Will it hold up outside?

Weather is the test for outside walls. A short page on how you prepare the surface and which finishes you use tells customers you think about it.

What happens to the windows?

People worry about splashes, scaffold marks and a messy drive. Show how you mask windows, cover paths and tidy up, and the worry shrinks.

Which finishes can a customer pick?

Smooth, textured and dashed finishes all look different. A page that shows each finish on a real wall helps the customer choose.

Proof

Proof that wins the quote

  • Whole-house photos

Wide photos of the full house, taken from the street in daylight, so the new finish is seen in its setting.

  • Colour range

Photos grouped by shade, from white to deep tones, so people can see how colours look in real light.

  • Same wall, new finish

A flaking wall and the same wall once finished show the change in one glance.

  • Customer words

A few lines from customers, set beside their house photos and left just as they were written.

Registrations and memberships

Some renderers hold a registration or a membership for the systems they fit. Should you hold any, we give them a clear spot of their own. We list only what you tell us is yours.

What we build

The pages we build

  1. Home

A full-house photo with a fresh finish, a line on what you do and a button to ask about your walls.

  2. Finished houses

Whole fronts and sides in daylight, grouped by colour and finish so people find a look they like.

  3. Finishes

Smooth, textured and dashed finishes shown on real walls, each with a few plain words about it.

  4. Prep and process

From cleaning the wall to the last coat, each step in order, so a customer knows what they will see.

  5. About the team

The people who will be at the house, with a photo and a few lines each.

  6. Ask about a wall

A short form for the type of wall, the finish wanted and how to reach the customer.

Planning ahead

Render and coating need dry spells and mild days, so the busy months run from spring to early autumn. People often ask in winter, when they see how their walls have coped with the rain. Photos from every season keep the page fresh.

The Payment package

Deposits and final payments

Render jobs often need a deposit for materials and scaffold, and the rest once the last coat is dry. A card machine lets the customer pay on the day, at the house, with the new walls in view.

The terms, in full

  • Card machine £25 + VAT a month, paid to our payment provider.
  • Website, domain, hosting and one business mailbox included while you keep the machine.
  • Minimum term as set by the payment provider's agreement: 3 months for a sole trader, 18 months for a limited company.
  • Extra mailboxes £25 a year.
  • Stop the machine and we offer to keep the website live at £20 a month.
Questions

Quick answers

How do you show colours well?

We use daylight photos of whole houses and group them by shade. Photos from a phone are fine. Please send a few of each colour you fit.

Can the site show different finishes?

Yes. Smooth, textured and dashed finishes each get a spot, with a close photo and a wide one so the surface can be seen.

Does the site need to give a time for a job?

Only if you like. Size, weather and wall state all matter. A short note that every house is different is fine too.

Can customers pick a colour on the site?

No, not with a live tool. We show photos of real finished houses, and the enquiry form has a space for the colour they have in mind.

What if painting is part of the work?

Then both get a page. People who want a fresh coat of masonry paint look for that, and people who need new render look for the other.

How do new houses get onto the site?

Send photos and a line when a job is done. We add them to the right finish and keep the full-house shots near the top.
