Show your finish, wall by wall.
Someone has had an electrician in, and now the walls are a mess. They need a plasterer to make them smooth again. They search, open a few websites and look for clean, flat walls in good light. Then they look for an easy way to say what needs doing.

What people want to know
Will the finish be flat?
A good skim shows in side light. Photos of finished walls and ceilings, taken in daylight, let a customer judge the finish before they ring.
Will you leave a mess?
Plaster is wet work, and dust and drips worry people. A short note on how you cover floors and clear up afterwards puts minds at ease.
When is the room ready to paint?
People want to know when the room is ready. A page that explains drying, in plain words, tells them what to expect.
Do you do small jobs?
Some customers need one patched wall and some need a whole house skimmed. Say which you take on, and the right people get in touch.
Proof that wins the quote
Smooth-wall photos
Daylight photos of finished walls and ceilings, taken from the side where any fault would show.
Mended walls
A cracked wall and the same wall once fixed. The patch should vanish from view.
A tidy site
A photo of covered floors and neat sheets tells customers that you care for a home.
Kind words
Notes from people who now live with your walls, set beside the right room and kept exactly as given.
Registrations and memberships
Some plasterers hold a registration or a membership. If that is you, we put it where visitors will see it. We show nothing that you have not asked us to.
The pages we build
- Home
A smooth wall in side light, a line on what you do and a button to say what needs plastering.
- Finished rooms
Whole rooms before paint, shown in large photos with a short line on the kind of job.
- What we plaster
Skim, re-plaster, boarding and repairs in plain words, so customers pick the right one.
- Before and after
Rough walls next to smooth ones. The change is easy to see, and it is why people stay on the page.
- About the plasterer
A photo and a few lines about who will be in the room and how you like to work.
- Tell us the job
A short form asking which rooms, what state the walls are in and how soon the work is needed.
Planning ahead
Plastering is indoor work, so it carries on through the year. Wet weather and short days do not stop it, but fresh plaster dries slower in the cold. Many people call after a rewire or an extension, so work often follows other trades.
Deposits and final payments
Most plastering jobs are paid when the last wall is done, and some are paid in parts. A card machine lets the customer pay at the wall, while the room still looks its best, and you are not chasing a bank transfer.
The terms, in full
- Card machine £25 + VAT a month, paid to our payment provider.
- Website, domain, hosting and one business mailbox included while you keep the machine.
- Minimum term as set by the payment provider's agreement: 3 months for a sole trader, 18 months for a limited company.
- Extra mailboxes £25 a year.
- Stop the machine and we offer to keep the website live at £20 a month.
Quick answers
Which photos work for plastering?
Daylight photos taken from the side, so the flat finish shows. Do not worry if the room is bare. Photos from a phone work well.
Can the site show before and after?
Yes. A bare, damaged wall next to the smooth one is the clearest way to show the change. We pair the photos for you.
Does the site need to show prices?
No. Jobs differ by room size and wall state, so many plasterers ask for a look first. We add numbers only if you give them.
What if coving and repairs are part of the job?
Give each its own short list on the page. A customer looking for coving sees it straight away.
Can customers say what they need?
Yes. The enquiry form has simple choices, such as skim, patch or ceiling, so you know the job before you call back.
How do you add new jobs?
Send photos and a line after each job. We add them to the finished rooms page and keep the older ones underneath.
