Help parents feel sure from the start.
A parent has a new job to start. Another has a child who is stuck on maths. Each one searches late, once the children are in bed. They want to know who you are, what you offer and if you have a place or a free hour.
What makes someone book
Will our child be safe?
This is the first question every parent asks. The page shows who you are, how you run a day or a lesson and any registrations you hold, in plain words.
What will a normal day look like?
Parents picture their child's day when they read a page. A simple timetable of meals, play and quiet time, or of a lesson from start to finish, helps them see it.
Do you have a space?
Parents plan weeks ahead. Say clearly which days and hours you have space, and the page can show when places are full so nobody wastes a message.
What will it cost us?
Families work to a budget. A clear note on your fees, or a line saying how you quote, lets them decide before they get in touch.
The pages we build
- Home
A warm photo, who you are and what you offer, with a clear button to ask about a place or a lesson.
- What we offer
Your childcare or your subjects, in plain words, with ages and the times you work.
- A day with you
A simple picture of a day or a lesson, from hello to home time, so parents can picture it.
- About you
Your photo and a few lines on your background and the way you work with children.
- Fees and places
Your fees, if you choose to show them, and which days have space. We keep it up to date.
- Get in touch
A short form for the child's age and the help needed, with a WhatsApp link beside it.
Proof before the first visit
Your face and your story
A clear photo of you and a few lines on why you do this work. Parents choose a person, so we put you first.
Your space and your plans
Photos of the play area or the study table, and a sample plan for a day or a lesson, show how things run.
Parents' kind words
Warm words from parents are copied onto the page as they wrote them. Not one word of it is ours.
Clear rules
A short page of your rules on sickness, settling in and who may collect a child. Parents read these before they ask anything else.
Registrations and memberships
Childcare and teaching often involve registrations, checks or memberships. If you hold any, we give them a clear place high on your page. We show only what you tell us is yours.
Busy times and quiet times
Places fill early in the summer, when parents plan for the new school term. Tutors are busiest before exams, and again when a new term starts. Holiday care is in demand at half term and in the summer. Updating the page each term keeps parents informed.
Paying at the appointment
At the end of the week, or after a lesson, parents want to pay and go. A card machine lets them tap a card or a phone at the door, and a payment link lets others pay from home. You do not wait for a transfer to land.
The terms, in full
- Card machine £25 + VAT a month, paid to our payment provider.
- Website, domain, hosting and one business mailbox included while you keep the machine.
- Minimum term as set by the payment provider's agreement: 3 months for a sole trader, 18 months for a limited company.
- Extra mailboxes £25 a year.
- Stop the machine and we offer to keep the website live at £20 a month.
Quick answers
Can parents ask for a place on the site?
Yes. We build a short form for the child's age, the days they need and how to reach the parent. You read it when you are free and reply to those you can help.
Can the page show when you have space?
Yes. You tell us which days are free and we show it plainly. When a place is taken, send us a line and we change it, so the page never promises a place that is gone.
Do you have to show your fees?
No. Some childminders and tutors list fees, and some ask parents to get in touch. Tell us which you prefer. We write only the fees you give us.
Can we show photos of the children?
Only with written permission from a parent. Many people choose pictures of toys, books and rooms instead. We use only what you send.
Can a tutor list the subjects they teach?
Yes. List each subject and the ages you teach, such as primary maths or secondary English. We turn that into a short, clear page that parents can scan.
What if your hours change in the holidays?
Send us the new hours and we update the page. Holiday times, half-term weeks and days off can all be shown, so parents plan ahead.
See your website before you decide.
Tell us about your business. We build the website first, free, and show you. Then we compare your card rate and you decide.
