Home services · Domestic and end-of-tenancy cleaners

Be the cleaner people ask for by name.

A busy family is tired of giving up weekends to chores. Someone else is moving out and needs the flat left spotless for the final check. Both search on their phone for a cleaner they can trust with a key. They want to see what you do, how it works and how to ask.

What keeps customers coming back

Who will come into my home?

People let a cleaner into their home every week. A name, a photo and a line about who comes help them feel at ease. If you work as a team, say so.

Can a visit be moved or paused?

Holidays and busy weeks happen. A short note on how much notice you need, and how to move a visit, makes saying yes feel safe.

What is in a clean?

People want to know what a visit covers. A simple list of rooms and tasks, with a line on extras, avoids mix-ups on the day.

How does a moving-out clean work?

People moving out worry about getting their deposit back. A page just for end-of-tenancy cleans lists what you cover and how to ask for a date.

What we build

The pages we build

  1. Home

Your name, the cleans you offer and a clear way to ask for a first visit, all on the first screen.

  2. Regular cleans

A page for weekly and fortnightly visits, with what is included and how a customer starts.

  3. End of tenancy

A page for moving-out cleans, with a checklist of what you cover and how to ask for a date.

  4. What is included

A plain room-by-room list, so customers know what each visit covers.

  5. Meet the cleaner

Your name, a photo and a few lines on how you work, so a customer knows who has the key.

  6. Contact

A message form, a WhatsApp link and a call button, so asking takes a moment.

Trust

Proof of steady, reliable work

Shining surfaces

A bright worktop or a clear bath says more than a promise. Clean phone photos of finished rooms are enough.

Reviews in full

A customer's kind note appears word for word. Nothing is made up or tidied.

Your checklist

A clear list of what each visit covers shows that you work the same careful way every time.

A named person

A photo of you and your first name tells customers who will have their key.

Registrations and memberships

Some cleaners hold training certificates or a membership. If you have any, we give them a clear spot on your site. Only the ones that are yours appear.

How the year runs

Spring brings the big clean that people plan all winter. Before Christmas, people want the house ready for guests. Tenancies often end in summer and at the start of the academic year, so moving-out cleans cluster there. Between those times, regular visits keep your diary steady.

The Payment package

Paying for regular work

A regular clean ends and the customer wants an easy way to pay. A card machine means they can pay at the end of the visit if they are home, or follow a payment link if not. Either way you are not chasing cash.

The terms, in full

  • Card machine £25 + VAT a month, paid to our payment provider.
  • Website, domain, hosting and one business mailbox included while you keep the machine.
  • Minimum term as set by the payment provider's agreement: 3 months for a sole trader, 18 months for a limited company.
  • Extra mailboxes £25 a year.
  • Stop the machine and we offer to keep the website live at £20 a month.

Questions

Quick answers

Can customers ask for a regular slot?

Yes. We add a line on weekly and fortnightly visits and a simple way to ask for a day. You decide which days you can offer.

Can the page list extras like ovens?

Yes. A short list of extras sits beside the main clean. Tell us which ones you offer, and we leave out the rest.

Do you show prices on the page?

It depends. Some cleaners list an hourly rate. Others quote after seeing the home. Both work, and we write what you tell us.

How does the end-of-tenancy page help?

It gives moving-out customers one page just for them. It lists what you cover and how to ask for a date, so they do not have to read about weekly visits.

Can the page say how you look after keys?

Yes. Many people worry about handing over a key. A short note on how you look after it, in your own words, eases that worry. We never invent a promise for you.

Is there a finished site to look at?

Yes. The page shows a real cleaning website we built, so you can see how a finished one reads. Yours will be built for your business.

Ready when you are

See your website before you decide.

Tell us about your business. We build the website first, free, and show you. Then we compare your card rate and you decide.
