Make your round easy to join and easy to keep.
The gutter is overflowing again and the windows look grey after the winter. A homeowner sees them from the garden path and decides it is time. They search for someone who will come on a regular round. They want to see what you clean and how to join.
What happens on a round
- Outside window cleaning
- Frames, sills and doors
- Conservatory roofs
- Fascias and soffits
- Gutter clearing
- Downpipes and drains
- Driveway pressure washing
- Patios and paths
- Decking and fencing
- Moss and algae removal
What keeps customers coming back
Can you reach the high windows?
Tall houses and conservatory roofs make people nervous. A short list of what you reach, and how you work at height, tells them you have it covered.
Will the glass be streak free?
Nobody wants smears or dirty water down the wall. Close-up photos of clear glass and clean frames, and a line about how you work, make the answer plain.
Must someone be at home?
Many people are at work when the round comes by. Say whether you need the garden gate open, and whether anyone must be in the house at all.
How do people stay on your round?
Customers want to sign up once and stop thinking about it. A clear page on how often you come, and how to pause or stop, makes joining feel safe.
The pages we build
- Home
Your name, what you clean and one clear button to join the round, all on the first screen.
- Windows and gutters
A page for the regular work, with what you clean and how often you can come.
- Pressure washing
A page for one-off jobs such as drives and patios, with clear photos of the finish.
- How the round works
How people join, which day you come, how they pay and how to pause or stop.
- About you
The face behind the ladder and the hose, with a photo and a few friendly lines.
- Join the round
A short form that asks for the house type, what needs cleaning and how often.
Proof of steady, reliable work
Clean glass up close
Bright, clear photos of a window or a gutter before and after the visit. A phone and some daylight are plenty.
Words from the round
Kind words from regular customers go on the page as they were written. Not a word is altered.
Your poles and pressure washer
A photo of the van, the poles and the machine shows people what will turn up at their house.
Plain answers
Short answers about access, weather and payment save a call before someone joins.
Registrations and memberships
Work at height, and some cleaning methods, can come with training or a membership. Where you hold any, we give them a clear place on your page. We show only what you say is yours.
How the year runs
Spring brings the big window clean after winter grime. Autumn fills gutters with leaves, so calls rise once the trees drop them. Summer suits drives, patios and decking. Wet weeks slow the work, and your page can say how you handle a rained-off visit.
Paying for regular work
The windows are clear and the customer is happy to pay on the step. A card machine lets them tap a card or a phone there and then. On a regular round, you take payment at each visit and never chase a list of who still owes.
The terms, in full
- Card machine £25 + VAT a month, paid to our payment provider.
- Website, domain, hosting and one business mailbox included while you keep the machine.
- Minimum term as set by the payment provider's agreement: 3 months for a sole trader, 18 months for a limited company.
- Extra mailboxes £25 a year.
- Stop the machine and we offer to keep the website live at £20 a month.
Quick answers
Can customers join the round online?
Yes. We add a short sign-up form that asks for the house type, what needs cleaning and how often. You read it and reply with a day and a price.
Can the page show the days you work?
Yes. Many cleaners work to a pattern. We show the days of the week you work, so people see if a regular slot suits them. You tell us the days and we write them.
Must you list prices for each house size?
No. A price depends on the size of the house, the number of panes and how hard it is to reach. We leave room for a starting price, or a line saying you quote after a look.
What if it rains on the day?
It depends on your plan. Some cleaners return on the next dry day, and some clean anyway. We write your plan in your own words, so nobody has to wonder.
Can you show pressure washing jobs?
Yes. Drives, patios and decking look good in a before and after pair, because the change is easy to see. Send us the photos and we match them up.
Can the page explain how people pay?
Yes. We say on the page how payment works, such as paying at the door by card. You tell us how you take it and we write it down.
See your website before you decide.
Tell us about your business. We build the website first, free, and show you. Then we compare your card rate and you decide.
