Make booking as easy as the haircut.
Someone's usual hairdresser has stopped, or they are new to the area. They search on their phone in a spare moment. They want to see your work, your prices and a way to book. If it is hard, they may try the next place.
What makes someone book
Do you do this kind of hair?
Curls, fades, colour, long hair and short hair all need different skills. A mix of photos and a list of what you offer help people see that you do their kind.
Is it friendly in there?
A photo of the shop and of you at work shows what a visit feels like. A friendly picture can do more than a line of text.
How much will it cost?
People are happier when they know the cost before they walk in. A clear price list saves questions. Show starting prices if the price can change.
Can they get a slot?
A visitor wants to see how to book and when you are open. If you take walk-ins, say so. If you use a booking app, we link straight to it.

Proof before the first visit
Photos of your work
Clear daylight photos of cuts and colours. We only use photos that you send us.
Reviews in customers' words
Warm words from your clients go on the page just as they wrote them. We do not invent any.
The place and the people
A photo of the shop and of the team shows what the visit will feel like.
Your story
A few lines about how you got into hair and what you love about it. People book people.
Registrations and memberships
If you have qualifications, awards or memberships, we give them a clear place on your website. We list only what you say is yours.
Busy times and quiet times
Hair gets busy before weddings, holidays and Christmas. Some customers book weeks ahead and some walk in on the day. A website with a clear way to book keeps working in both the busy weeks and the quiet ones.
Paying at the appointment
The cut is done and the customer is at the till. With a card machine, they tap a card or a phone and they are on their way. There is no cash to count and no transfer to check.
The terms, in full
- Card machine £25 + VAT a month, paid to our payment provider.
- Website, domain, hosting and one business mailbox included while you keep the machine.
- Minimum term as set by the payment provider's agreement: 3 months for a sole trader, 18 months for a limited company.
- Extra mailboxes £25 a year.
- Stop the machine and we offer to keep the website live at £20 a month.
Quick answers
Can people book on the website?
We link to the booking app you already use. If you do not use one, we point people to your phone, your WhatsApp or a message form.
Do you have to show prices?
No, but it helps. A price list answers a question that people ask before they book. If prices change, we show a starting price. We only use prices that you give us.
Can you show photos of your customers?
Only with their permission. Many shops show cuts and colours without faces. Everything we show comes from you.
Can the site say that you take walk-ins?
Yes. Tell us how walk-ins work, such as the busy times or the wait, and we put it near the top where people look.
Can each person on the team have a profile?
Yes. A short profile with a photo for each stylist or barber lets customers choose who they want. It also helps a new customer feel they already know you.
What if your opening times change?
Send us the new times and we change them. The page is never out of date, even when you close for a holiday.
See your website before you decide.
Tell us about your business. We build the website first, free, and show you. Then we compare your card rate and you decide.
