Let people book the first session.
Someone's shoulders have ached for weeks. A runner has pulled a calf before a race. Each one searches on a phone after a long day. They want to know what you treat, how a session goes and when you have a free slot.
What makes someone book
Can you help with this problem?
A bad back, a tight hip and a sore knee all need different care. A short list of what you treat, in plain words, shows people they are in the right place.
What happens in a session?
Many people have never had a massage and feel unsure. A page that walks through the visit, from the first chat to the last stretch, takes the worry away.
Is it a calm place to come?
People want to relax, not feel rushed or watched. Photos of the room, with the couch, the towels and the soft light, show how a visit will feel.
How do people book a time?
Busy people book when the way is clear. Your days, the length of each session and a booking link sit together, so a visitor can pick a slot in a minute.
The pages we build
- Home
Your name, the kind of work you do and a clear booking button, all on the first screen.
- Treatments
Each treatment in plain words, with how long it lasts. Prices appear only if you ask us to show them.
- How a session works
A calm walk through the visit, from the first questions to the aftercare, so a nervous visitor knows what to expect.
- About you
Your photo and a few lines on how you work and who you like to help.
- Times and booking
Your days and hours, a link to your booking app if you use one, and a simple message form.
- Contact
A message form and a WhatsApp link, with a line on how soon you reply.
Proof before the first visit
Photos of your space
Clear daylight photos of your room and your couch, sent by you from a phone.
Your training, your words
Courses you have taken and groups you belong to can sit on the page. Nothing goes on the page unless you say so.
Notes from clients
A note from a client who left feeling lighter goes on the page in their own words. No note is ever invented.
A friendly face
A photo of you, with a few lines on why you do this work, helps a nervous visitor feel at ease.
Registrations and memberships
Therapists often hold qualifications or memberships. Where you hold any, we show them in a clear place on your page. Only the ones you name are shown.
Busy times and quiet times
Sore muscles follow big events, such as races and fun runs. Many people book before a holiday, or after a hard week at work. Cold weather and long days at a desk bring stiff backs. Your page keeps working all year, even when your diary is full.
Paying at the appointment
The session ends and the client sits up slowly. With a card machine, they tap a card or a phone before they put their shoes on. There is no cash to find and no bank details to read out.
The terms, in full
- Card machine £25 + VAT a month, paid to our payment provider.
- Website, domain, hosting and one business mailbox included while you keep the machine.
- Minimum term as set by the payment provider's agreement: 3 months for a sole trader, 18 months for a limited company.
- Extra mailboxes £25 a year.
- Stop the machine and we offer to keep the website live at £20 a month.
Quick answers
Can people book a session online?
Yes, if you use a booking app. We link straight to it. If you do not, we point people to a message form or your WhatsApp.
Do you have to show your prices?
No. Some therapists list each price, and some show a starting price. We leave room for either, and we write only the prices you give us.
Can the page explain each treatment?
Yes. A short, plain note under each treatment says what it feels like and who it suits. Visitors who know the word deep tissue and those who do not can both follow it.
What if someone has an injury?
It helps to ask. A short note on the booking page asks people to tell you about any injury or condition first. You choose the words, and we add them.
Can clients fill in a form before they come?
Yes. A short form can ask about sore spots and what they hope to feel. You read it before the session, so the first minutes are not spent on questions.
Can the site show where you work?
Yes. If you work at a clinic on some days and visit clients on others, tell us. We show your days and the kind of visit, so nobody turns up in the wrong place.
See your website before you decide.
Tell us about your business. We build the website first, free, and show you. Then we compare your card rate and you decide.
