Personal services · Personal trainers and fitness studios

Help people book the first session.

Someone has made up their mind to get moving, but walking into a gym alone feels hard. They search on their phone for a trainer or a studio. They want to see who you are, what a session feels like and how to book the first one. A friendly page can ease the nerves.

Before they book

What makes someone book

Is this for someone like me?

Beginners fear being the weakest in the room. A friendly photo, and a line about who you train, tell them they are welcome.

What is a first session like?

Not knowing what will happen puts people off. A short walk through a first session, step by step, eases the fear of the unknown.

How does booking and paying work?

People want to see the session types and a price or a starting price, if you share one. Then a clear booking button or form, for single sessions or a block.

Will it fit round a working day?

Early mornings, lunch hours and evenings are popular. Your page lists when you train, and whether it is in a studio, outdoors or online.

Photos of sessions

Pictures of real sessions show the energy and the kit. We include faces only with permission.

Words from clients

A message from a client about how training felt goes on the page as it was written. We never add a result you cannot show.

Your story

A few lines on why you train people. Clients choose the person as much as the plan.

A clear first step

A short page on what to expect in the first session helps a nervous client say yes to booking.

Registrations and memberships

Trainers and studios often hold qualifications or memberships. If you hold some, they sit in a clear spot on your page. A qualification is shown only when you say it is yours.

Busy times and quiet times

January is a busy time for new starters. The weeks before summer and before holidays bring another rush. Dark, cold months can slow things, and some clients pause. A clear page for returning clients helps them pick up where they stopped.

The Payment package

Paying at the appointment

The session ends and the client wants to pay or buy a block. With a card machine in your bag or at the studio desk, a tap does it. Regular clients can pay the same quick way every time they train.

The terms, in full

  • Card machine £25 + VAT a month, paid to our payment provider.
  • Website, domain, hosting and one business mailbox included while you keep the machine.
  • Minimum term as set by the payment provider's agreement: 3 months for a sole trader, 18 months for a limited company.
  • Extra mailboxes £25 a year.
  • Stop the machine and we offer to keep the website live at £20 a month.
Questions

Quick answers

Can people ask for a first session online?

Yes. We add a form or a link to your booking tool. It asks for a name, a goal in a few words and the times that suit, and you reply.

Do you have to show session prices?

No, though many clients like to see them. You might show a price for one session, a starting price, or a note that you quote after a chat.

Can the page show client progress photos?

Only with clear permission, and only in a way the client is happy with. Many trainers show sessions and kit instead. Tell us what you are comfortable with.

Can the page list online coaching too?

Yes. We give online coaching its own short section, with how it works and how to start. Clients who live far away can then find you.

What if you run classes at set times?

We add a simple timetable. Each class shows its day, its time and a button to book a place. Send us changes and we update the page.

Can the page add a note for beginners?

Yes. A friendly note for beginners tells new clients they are welcome. Say it in your own way and we shape it into short, clear lines.
