Make it easy to book the next groom.
A dog owner has a muddy, matted pup and a busy week. A trip to a salon means finding time and a dog that dislikes the car. They search on their phone for a groomer who comes to them. They want to see the van, the dogs and a way to book.
What makes someone book
Will my dog stay calm?
Nervous dogs need a gentle hand. A few lines on how you settle a dog, and a photo of one on the table, help an owner feel at ease.
Does the van need much space?
Owners want to know where the van will park and whether they must stay in. Your page explains what you need, such as a spot by the door.
Can you groom my kind of dog?
Small dogs, large dogs and curly coats all need different care. A list of the coats and sizes you work with saves a phone call.
How often, and how much?
Coats keep growing, so most owners come back. Your page shows how long a groom takes, how to rebook and a price or starting price if you wish.
The pages we build
- Home
A happy dog on the first screen, a short line about the van and one button to book.
- Grooming menu
Each groom by dog size and coat, with how long it takes and a price or a starting price.
- The van
Photos of the van inside and out, and what an owner needs to set out for the visit.
- Dogs we groom
The sizes and coats you work with, and a few kind lines for dogs that are nervous.
- Rebooking
A simple way for an owner to ask for the next visit, ready for when the coat has grown.
- Contact
A booking form, a WhatsApp link and your phone number, for owners who prefer to ask.
Proof before the first visit
Before and after dogs
Photos of a scruffy dog and a tidy one show your skill. We use only pictures you send, and only with the owner's say-so.
The van inside
A look inside the van shows a neat space and calms owners who have never used a mobile groomer.
Words from owners
A warm message from a regular goes on the page just as it arrived. We do not add any of our own.
How you handle dogs
A few lines on your calm way with a worried dog tell owners how you will treat theirs.
Registrations and memberships
Some groomers hold a course certificate or a membership. Yours can have a clear place on your website. A certificate appears only when you say it is yours.
Busy times and quiet times
Wet weather means muddy dogs and more messages. Spring brings heavy coats that need thinning. Summer brings owners who want a lighter trim, and autumn brings the mud back. Rebooking helps to keep the quiet weeks steady for you.
Paying at the appointment
The coat is soft and the dog is trotting about on the drive. With a card machine in the van, the owner taps to pay right there. Nobody needs cash, and nothing is left to chase later.
The terms, in full
- Card machine £25 + VAT a month, paid to our payment provider.
- Website, domain, hosting and one business mailbox included while you keep the machine.
- Minimum term as set by the payment provider's agreement: 3 months for a sole trader, 18 months for a limited company.
- Extra mailboxes £25 a year.
- Stop the machine and we offer to keep the website live at £20 a month.
Quick answers
Do owners need to be at home?
It depends. Some groomers like the owner nearby and some do not mind. Tell us your rule and we state it in plain words near the booking button.
Can the page list the breeds you groom?
Yes. A short list of sizes and coats works well, and you can name breeds if you like. We include the ones you give us and no others.
Can the page show prices by dog size?
Yes. Many groomers show a starting price for small, medium and large dogs, and quote for tricky coats. We lay it out in a small table that reads well on a phone.
Can owners rebook from the site?
Yes. We link to your booking app if you have one. If you do not, we add a form that asks for the dog's name, its coat and a day that suits.
Can the page say which dogs you cannot take?
Yes, and it saves trouble. A short note on dogs you cannot take, or that need a chat first, sets the right start. Tell us your rule and we word it kindly.
Does the site need many dog photos?
No. A few clear shots of finished dogs are enough to begin. Ask the owner first, send the pictures, and we add them. More can follow later.
See your website before you decide.
Tell us about your business. We build the website first, free, and show you. Then we compare your card rate and you decide.
