"I got tired of watching small businesses get quoted thousands for a website they didn't need — so I built a simpler way to do it."

I'm Jake, and I build every JW Business Websites site myself — no team, no account managers, no handoffs. When you get in touch, you're talking directly to the person who'll actually build your site, from the first message through to it going live.

Most of my clients are tradespeople and small local businesses who know they need a website but don't have the time, budget, or patience for an agency. I write the copy, build the pages, and hand over something that just works — done properly, without the agency circus.

One person

Every site is built, written and hosted by me directly — no team, no subcontractors, no handoffs.

Fixed price

£49.95 to start, then £20 a month flat. The number on the site is the number you pay, this month and every month after.

3-5 days

From your first message to your site going live, on average — no lengthy back-and-forth or waiting on an agency queue.

A few things people ask before getting in touch

Yes — most of the process happens over phone, email and video call anyway, so plenty of clients aren't local. Being based in Lincolnshire doesn't limit who I can help.

Just get in touch. Small changes are usually sorted quickly and are included as part of the monthly fee; anything bigger, I'll talk you through it honestly before doing any work.

No. I built it, I answer when you get in touch, and I make the changes myself. There's no one else in the loop.

If I'm away for anything longer than a day or two, you'll know in advance. You're never left chasing a ticket queue for an answer.
