Building and renovation · Conservatory and orangery installers

Show every room full of light.

A family wants more room and more light. They have a spare patch of garden and a few ideas. They open the websites of several installers and flick between them. They want to picture the finished room and see how to ask for a visit.

Your website, drawn. An illustration of a website for conservatory and orangery installers. It is a drawing, not a real site.
Before they ask

What people want to know

Will it suit our house?

Every house is different, and a glass room has to sit well against the walls. Photos of finished rooms, shown beside the house they were built on, let people judge the match.

Will it be too hot or too cold?

People hear that glass rooms get too hot in summer and too cold in winter. A short page on the glass and the roof you fit answers that in plain words.

How long will the building take?

A new room means builders in the garden for a while. A page that walks through the stages, from the base to the last window, shows what the weeks will look like.

How do we ask for a visit?

A visit comes before a price on a job like this. A short form that asks about the house and the space, and a button on every page, make the first step small.

Proof

Proof that wins the quote

  • Finished rooms

Photos of the room taken from the garden and from inside, in daylight, with the doors open. A phone photo will serve.

  • The same spot, twice

A photo of the bare garden and one of the finished room tell the story fast. Send both and we set them next to each other.

  • Words from happy owners

Comments from past customers sit near your rooms, copied exactly as they were given. We change nothing.

  • The crew

A photo of the crew who will be working in the garden, with names if you like, helps a family say yes.

Registrations and memberships

Building a glass room can involve building rules, glass and electrics. Any registration or membership you hold gets a clear place on your website. We show only the ones you tell us you hold.

What we build

The pages we build

  1. Home

A big photo of a finished room, a short line on what you build and a button to book a visit.

  2. Gallery

Rooms you have built, shown from the garden and from inside, sorted into conservatories and orangeries.

  3. Styles and roofs

A plain guide to the shapes and roof types you fit, so customers know the words before the visit.

  4. How we build

The steps from the first visit to the final clean-up, in order, so nobody wonders what comes next.

  5. About you

The people who will turn up at the house, and a short note on how you like to work.

  6. Book a visit

A short form about the house, the garden space and the style the customer has in mind.

Planning ahead

Warm days send people into the garden, and that is when many think about a glass room. In the dark months they plan for next year, so they browse and save ideas. Your website works in both seasons. Fresh photos of rooms in winter light make a good reminder.

The Payment package

Deposits and final payments

Some installers take a deposit, then a payment when the base is done, then a last payment when the glass is in. With a card machine, the customer pays at each stage, right at the door, and you see the money without a wait.

The terms, in full

  • Card machine £25 + VAT a month, paid to our payment provider.
  • Website, domain, hosting and one business mailbox included while you keep the machine.
  • Minimum term as set by the payment provider's agreement: 3 months for a sole trader, 18 months for a limited company.
  • Extra mailboxes £25 a year.
  • Stop the machine and we offer to keep the website live at £20 a month.
Questions

Quick answers

Can you show a room before it is built?

Yes, if you have drawings or plans. Send them to us and we place them beside photos of finished rooms, so a visitor can picture their own.

Do you need lots of photos to start?

No. Six or eight clear photos of finished rooms is a good start, taken from the garden and from inside. A phone camera will do. Send more any time.

Must the website say what a room costs?

No. Prices change with the size, the glass and the roof, so many installers prefer to talk first. We put in a starting price only if you ask us to.

Can conservatories and orangeries be told apart?

Yes. Each gets its own section, with its own photos and a short line on how they differ, so a visitor sees which one fits their house.

What if you also fit the doors and windows?

It depends on what you offer. If you supply and fit them, we list them. If another firm does, we say that plainly.

How do new photos get on the website?

Send them by message or email, with a line about each job. We add them to the gallery, and your pages stay up to date.
