Show the carpets you fit, and the care you take.
Someone has chosen a carpet in a shop and needs a fitter, or they have not picked one yet. They search on a phone, often in the evening. They want to know if you supply the carpet or only fit it, and if you can come soon. Your site has to answer both.

What people want to know
Do you supply the carpet too?
Some fitters sell the carpet and some only fit what a customer buys. Say which you do on the first screen, and people know at once if you are the right call.
Can you fit stairs and odd shapes?
Stairs, landings and bay windows are harder than a square room. Photos of tricky rooms you have finished tell people you can handle theirs.
What happens to the old carpet?
A line on the page that says who lifts it and who takes it away answers this. Then nobody has to ask.
How soon could you come?
A person with bare boards in the hall wants a date. A short note on how you book a measuring visit, and a form to ask for one, gets the talk started.
Proof that wins the quote
Rooms, stairs and landings
Clear photos of bedrooms, halls, stairs and landings after you have finished. A phone and good light are enough.
Edges and corners
Carpet shows its care at the edges. A close photo of a corner, a stair or a door trim tells a customer you are careful.
Old and new
A worn carpet beside the fresh one in the same room is a story that needs no words. Send both and we set them side by side.
Kind words
Comments from past customers go on the page in their own words, with nothing changed.
Registrations and memberships
If you are in a trade group or hold a registration, there is a clear place for it on your website. The page shows only what you tell us is yours.
The pages we build
- Home
A photo of a finished room, a line on what you fit and a button to book a measure.
- Carpets we fit
The kinds of carpet and underlay you work with, or a note that customers choose their own.
- Gallery
Rooms, stairs and landings in clear photos, so a visitor can see the finish.
- How it works
From the measuring visit to the last trim, told in a few short steps.
- About you
A photo of you and a few lines on who will be in the house and how they work.
- Book a measure
A short form for the rooms, a day that suits and how to reach the customer.
Planning ahead
Many people fit a carpet before guests arrive, before a baby comes or when a house is sold. The weeks before Christmas fill up fast. Spring is busy with people moving in. Quiet weeks are a handy time to add fresh photos.
Deposits and final payments
Carpet is cut and laid in a day, so the job ends quickly. The customer can pay as you pack your tools. A card machine means no waiting for a bank transfer and no cash left in an envelope.
The terms, in full
- Card machine £25 + VAT a month, paid to our payment provider.
- Website, domain, hosting and one business mailbox included while you keep the machine.
- Minimum term as set by the payment provider's agreement: 3 months for a sole trader, 18 months for a limited company.
- Extra mailboxes £25 a year.
- Stop the machine and we offer to keep the website live at £20 a month.
Quick answers
Can the site say if you supply the carpet?
Yes. A line near the start says if you sell carpet, only fit it, or do both. Visitors then know straight away if you suit them.
Do you need a page for each carpet type?
No. One page on what you fit is enough to start. If you sell many ranges, we can add a page for each one later.
Can customers ask for a measuring visit?
Yes. The form has a box for the rooms and a box for a day that suits. You see it all in one message and can reply when you are free.
What if you fit carpet for landlords?
Say so on the page. A line for landlords and letting agents, with a note on how fast you can fit an empty flat, tells them the site is for them too.
Can you show off a tricky staircase?
Yes, and it is worth doing. A winding stair shows skill. Send a photo from the bottom and one from the landing and we add both.
Can customers use the site on a phone?
Yes. Most people look on a phone, so the buttons are big and the form is short. It works on a tablet or a computer too.
